I developed sudden bad breath, and I tried mouthwashes and rinses to get rid of it. While I think most worked for a short time, I could tell that it soon returned an hour or so after I used the rinses. I decided to brush more often, and that still didn't help. I went years with bad breath that made me very self-conscious, and it even kept me from dating. One day, I became tired of dealing with it and finally asked my dentist for advice. He told me that I should have mentioned it sooner, because he could have helped me avoid the years of insecurity. We tried a couple of products he suggested, and my bad breath is now a thing of the past. I created this blog to help others know they don't have to live with bad breath.
